Emad Yaghmaei is senior consultant in YAGHMA and senior researcher at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft. The emphasis of his research and his consulting works are on innovation and technology management of emerging technologies to identify and work on the social and sustainability impacts of those technologies. He is especially interested in designing and developing necessary policies and methods for implementation and evaluation of Responsible Innovation within an industrial context. His publications lie in the intersection of science, innovation, technology and society. His current work takes the outset in Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) and its institutionalization within stakeholders across innovation ecosystems.
Emad has also been working on monitoring companies’ business innovation across their non-financial issues and creating real value for their business, customers, and business partners. He is currently focusing on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governmental (ESG) principles to demonstrate how different actors can work productively together and integrate business disclosures of ESG and SDGs into research and innovation processes to help smoother transition toward a green economy.
