Keynote: Linden Farrer

Linden Farrer will cover in his keynote the aims of RRI and how it was implemented in Horizon 2020, including uptake across the different parts of the programme. He will cover the policy challenges that were encountered and the lessons learnt. Finally, he will look towards the operationalisation of RRI as an objective in Horizon Europe, the opportunities presented by the missions and the clusters for RRI, plans under the ‘ERA part’ of the programme dedicated to progressing and supporting RRI, and how RRI and RRI-related concerns are being tackled in the European Research Area.
