Krishna Ravi Srinivas, Senior Fellow and Consultant, Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi, India. RIS is a policy research think tank and Ravi does research on Science, Technology and Innovation and Science Diplomacy. He holds a PhD from National Law School University of India and inter alia, a Fulbright Fellow. He has published widely on IP rights, STI, governance of technology and RRI.
