Police University College of Finland
Olavi Kujanpää is Superintendent (Lis. Admin.) at the Police University College of Finland. He serves nationwide and internationally as a police and security expert in education and the implementation of research, development and innovation. He has also acted in e.g. Europa Horizon 2020 and Twinning Projects as project manager, expert and member of steering committees.
Olavi Kujanpää’s work emphasizes responsible research and innovation in various ecosystems nationally and internationally. He has also developed in his studies a conceptualization model for the public sector, enabling many different citizens, people, in a practical and user-driven manner, into responsible and innovation-generating activities, and expansive learning.
