Petar Vrgovic is an associate professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. With a background in Psychology and a PhD in Engineering Management, he is interested in researching human aspects of production processes: communication, conflict management, creativity management, and networking within open innovation.
He is especially passionate about empowering SMEs in developing countries to collaborate and synergize, and he also frequently acts as a workshop facilitator in events that ask for co-creation, interdisciplinary approach and open dialogue.
