Description
The objective of gathering the experts at the first workshop was to diagnose the state of RRI in research infrastructures, to assess potentials and barriers and to generate pilot action ideas to foster the uptake of RRI. The focus lied on:
- the project and organizational level as far as the uptake of value oriented and participative research processes are concerned;
- the funding level on how to optimize instruments at hand to support the uptake of RRI;
- the agenda setting process concerning the selection of research topics and the budget allocation related to stakeholders included in the decision-making process.
