Sixteen participants from all over Europe took part in this 2nd workshop organised by SL FOOD.
Participants represented academia, research institutes, governments and industries of countries such as the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Germany, Estonia, UK, Norway, France and Switzerland.
