Education and Youth Board of Estonia
Ülle Must is development director at Education and Youth Board of Estonia. She has been closely involved in the implementation of several international cooperation programs (FPs, COST) in Estonia, and has been a member of several national and international expert groups (i.e. EU Framework Program Evaluation Network, ERAC ad hoc indicators working group, COST Inclusiveness and Widening working group, ERIH, etc.).
Recent years her special interest has been RRI (H2020 projects NewHorrizon, ETHNA System, Development cooperation project in Ukraine).
Her main research interests belong to bibliometric studies. She is member of International Society for Scientometrics and Infometrics, and has been invited programme committee member during several international conferences. She has served as peer reviewer in several journals.
